What is this Alliances all about?
We are a small organization providing IT services to a select group of small businesses (Members) since 1997. Our members are specialists in various internet, network and software development fields. The founders of Alliances hand pick each member based on skill set and ability, membership is by invitation only. Members pay no fees for their position, this isn't a drive-through certification shop. We're looking for experts in their fields, with the drive and ambition to make their business a success. The organization as a whole is committed to helping them succeed.
The only "cost" involved in being a member is to be able to take part in a large project when needed. All services are billed at current market rates. Under this model, each member has a pool of experts immediately available for hire, effectively giving them the ability to handle any size project in a timely and professional manner. By selectively combining members we can create teams capable of handling projects of almost any size and complexity. By having experts available in this way, there is no time wasted while the team is being built. Additionally there's no overhead cost involved with maintaining the team before or after the project which would be passed on to the end customer.
